Why is it Special?

A design classic to complement any tea or coffee break. The set consists of two bone china coffee cups and saucers.

Alessi is celebrating the centenary of the great designer’s birth with a bone china re-edition of his “Bavero” cups for tea, espresso coffee and filter coffee. Designed in 1997, “Bavero” tableware is characterized by an original, downward sloping rim, a design solution that makes this set both practical and functional. The rims of the saucers and the handles of the cups are designed to be particularly easy to hold.
